Welcome to the Compass Diagnostic for the 2021 Catalyst Collaborative: Realizing a Growth Agenda.

The Compass is an online tool that will help us generate and collect ideas, insights, and opinions that will inform our time together. Your input is critical as the Compass, like a magnetic compass, will give direction and context to the Collaborative dialogue and contribute to the overall learning environment of our time together.

Your opinions matter to us and we appreciate your candid responses. Be assured that the information you provide will be confidential. Results will be presented in the aggregate and responses will not be attributed to you or your organization without prior permission.
